Here’s a video of the new Notebook for iPad app. It provides a complete demonstration of using the new app. This is not intended to be a review or an endorsement of the Notebook for iPad app. The app currently sells for $6.99. The app is intended to be used by the student population to view, edit, create, and share Notebook files. Turn On The Light Course

This course will guide participants through the process of creating an authentic multi-page interactive application in Smart Notebook 10. Users will build a fun review game called Turn On the Light that will challenge students to solve a problem and then search around the page using a flashlight to see if they can reveal the correct answer. When they think they have found the correct answer, they touch the light switch to see if they are correct. If they are correct, the lights will turn on and they can go to the next question. If the student touches the wrong light switch, the lights will stay off and they will be told to return to the original question. Participants will use multiple objects to build an illuminated flashlight, create navigation to link pages together, and add both objects and pages to the Gallery and define custom keywords. Best of all, participants will learn how to reveal hidden information on a page using contrasting colors and object layering.
